The Philippines has several national and local holidays each year.
Unlike in some countries, holiday schedules may occasionally be announced or adjusted by the government on relatively short notice.

Because of this, some holidays may be confirmed only after students have already applied or arrived in the Philippines.

■ Regular Holidays ■

The school is closed and lessons are not provided.

 

■ Special Non-working Holidays ■

The school may or may not close depending on the situation and teacher availability.

A decision is usually made about two weeks before the holiday.
