日本がゴールデンウィークに突入した週末、ここドゥマゲテでもウィルの先生企画《先生と一緒に英語で楽しむ！日帰りツアー》に生徒の皆さんが繰り出しました。
早朝に学校を出発し、ジンベエザメと至近距離で遊泳できることで有名なオスロブ、そして白い砂がまぶしいスミロン島で常夏リゾートを思いっきり満喫。おいしいフィリピングルメを囲みながらの英語のコミュニケーションは”本気で英語をモノにしたい！”生徒と”その思いを全力でサポートしたい！”先生の、垣根を超えた友情を育みました。
まさにウィルのミッションを体現した、充実の週末アクティビティ。
学校に帰ってきた生徒の皆さんが口々に「楽しかったぁ♪」と向けてくれた弾けるような笑顔がそれを物語っていました。

Early Sunday morning, some students and teachers went to Oslob, Cebu and Sumilon Island for a tour.Excitement was evident on the faces of the students.
Oslob is popularly known because of the whale sharks.Students had a close encounter with the sharks and they swam together with them. They enjoyed it very much not minding the heat of the sun.
Sumilon Island, a 15-20 minute boat ride from Oslob, is a beautiful tourist destination. With a vast white sand beach, tourists will surely have a great time. The students were very happy when we arrived at the island. After we
arrived, we ate snacks and went directly to the sea to swim. We talked with each other and we had fun together. There was no barrier between the students and teachers, its as if we’re group of friends who went to a weekend get-away.
After swimming, we went back to Oslob to have our lunch. We ate different kinds of food. From seafoods to meat to fresh fruit shakes. We also bought some souvenirs. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience, especially for the students. They had a great time swimming and practicing their English skills.
